January 4 is recognized as National Ribbon Skirt Day in Canada, a day that honours the cultural significance of ribbon skirts to many Indigenous communities. Our Day Care children proudly took part in recognizing this day on our first Traditional Tuesday of 2026.

Eskasoni Ksite’taqnk Day Care is a licensed childcare facility located in its own dedicated quarters within the Eskasoni Elementary School building.
